Ppl’s shitty behavior stops with THEM, and means nothing about YOU personally. Their shitty behavior doesn’t mean you’re ugly, or a bad person who deserved improper treatment.

Stop accepting RESPONSIBILITY for THEIR shitty behavior toward you by not becoming offended, and by not giving in to SELF-loathing. Don’t do that to yourself. You deserve better. Their shitty behavior is THIER choice to enact on YOU.

I give good love, and then get disrespect back— means I must be responsible for their disrespect, distance, and inability to care? No, that’s on them. I’m only responsible for MY ability to respectfully express myself, and ask for my needs to be met by anyone willing.
